Job Title: HR Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Trainer with at least 1+ year of practical HR experience to deliver, practical and industry-oriented HR training program, covering recruitment, HR operations, payroll, Indian labour laws, compliance, HRMS tools, and essential HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on HR fundamentals, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, HR operations, and compliance.
- Train students on Indian Labour Laws, including Labour Codes, PF, ESI, TDS, POSH Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Bonus and Gratuity Acts.
- Provide hands-on training in Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT.
- Conduct HR documentation,



payroll exercises, HRMS practicals, mock interviews, resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and job search guidance.
- Mentor students through projects, assessments, and industry-based case studies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, recruitment, HRMS, and Indian labour laws.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
