6 to 10 year

Database (SQL Server Queries), IIS, API Concept and Testing, Security Certificate Installation/ Configuration, Troubleshooting, Issue Analysis

1. Knowledge of working in FASTag/ Acquirer or Issuance System

Toll Plaza System

2. L1/L2 Support (24/7 format)
3. Roster Management
4. Monitoring of Application Server, Database Server (Windows Server)
5. Monthly Reports (on SLA, Issue Tracker,



CR Tracker)
6. Communications (Calls, eMails, etc) with Plazas, Bank Teams, NPCI, etc.
7. Data Preparation by using Mssql
8. Troubleshooting
9. DR Activity
10. Team Handling
11. Client Handling
12. Coordination with L3/L4 Team
13. Use of AppDynamics/Dynatrace tool
14. Ticketing Tools (JIRA/ etc)

1. Working in IIS is mandatory and Security certificate Installation, SSL, etc.
2. SQL server or other RDBMS
3. Knowledge of Application Security and related testing
