Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure and maintain ITOM modules including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Cloud Discovery
- Operational Intelligence (preferred)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot MID Servers.
- Implement and maintain CMDB data model, governance, and data quality processes.
- Perform service mapping for business services and critical applications.
- Configure event rules, alert correlation, and integrations with monitoring tools.
- Work with infrastructure teams to discover on-premises and cloud assets.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and web services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and user training.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issue resolution.




- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.

- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting:

- Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
