Job Summary

Star Publicity is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, late-coming, absenteeism, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Management for payroll inputs, deductions, incentives, and salary revisions.
- Handle employee engagement, communication, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmation, increments, and employee feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS and reports.
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, resignation, clearance, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, policies,



and HR procedures.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Good understanding of attendance and payroll coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and HRMS.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally.

Qualification & Experience

MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate in HR/related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month *(hike depends on experience, skills & profile)*
