Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Renewal Solutions Specialist to drive subscription renewals, customer retention, and recurring revenue growth.



The ideal candidate will engage with existing customers, identify renewal opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive subscription renewal opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Visit customers regularly to understand business needs and gather feedback.
- Generate quotations and effectively communicate subscription advantages and value propositions.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and long-term engagement.
- Negotiate renewal contracts and close deals within defined timelines.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with technical and internal teams to address customer requirements.
- Follow up on payments and maintain complete records in CRM.
