About the Role

Ace Web Solutions is looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming sales inquiries and convert qualified leads into customers for our US IT services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales, technical sales, or residential IT sales, with the ability to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, handle objections, and close sales.

This is a US-facing sales role, so excellent spoken and written English, professional communication, and the ability to confidently communicate with American customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, leads, and sales inquiries from US customers.




- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable IT service solutions.
- Handle sales for both residential customers and B2B/MSP customers.
- Explain IT support, managed IT services, technical support, and related solutions to customers.
- Qualify incoming leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate services.
- Prepare and communicate service quotations and pricing.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Follow up with interested and pending leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with technical support, dispatch, and operations teams when required.
- Meet monthly sales, conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
