We are seeking for a Store Executive to manage inventory and store operations. The role owns vendor coordination, inward QC, ERP documentation, stock accuracy, and dispatch for production materials, and separately maintains an accurate register and lifecycle tracking for IT equipment and general office/admin stock. This is a hands-on, single-point-of-ownership role for day-to-day store operations.

Role & responsibilities
- Maintain an inventory tracking system to optimize stock control and avoid both shortages and excess surplus.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO and 5S practices across the store.
- Handle ordering, planning, inward/outward verification, and QC of raw materials and consumables
- Create MRN/GRN, RMA (Return Material Authorization), and IR (Internal Received) entries in ERP / Inventory software
- Verify PO price and quantity against actual delivery before GRN closure.
- Issue Returnable, Non-Returnable, and Job Work challans, and follow up on pending job-work items.
- Handle rejected materials and process returns to suppliers with correct GST invoicing.




- Maintain minimum stock levels; run daily/weekly cycle counts and periodic full inventory checks and submit stock levels to the Inventory Manager.
- Sort, label, and place inventory in designated storage areas/bins by type and product code; keep racks arranged, and labelled.
- Prepare and submit the monthly stock statement and major-materials reconciliation statement before the 5th of every month.
- Maintain the stock ledger for major materials on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper preservation and storage of materials, including hazardous items (oils, chemicals), following applicable safety and PPE guidelines.
- Tag, log, and physically verify IT assets on a periodic basis in coordination with the IT team; support secure handover/decommissioning of devices per company policy.
- Maintain stock and issue records for general/admin consumables (stationery, housekeeping supplies, pantry stock, etc.).
