Senior Assistant Manager

Clinic / Cosmetic Surgery & Hair Transplant Center

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: 1 weekday off (not Saturday/Sunday)

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Supervise front-office and support staff and ensure high-quality patient service.
- Coordinate with doctors, surgeons, technicians, and other clinic team members.
- Handle patient queries and ensure a qualified and welcoming patient experience.
- Support the management of cosmetic surgery and hair transplant procedures from consultation to post-procedure follow-up.
- Maintain patient records, schedules, billing coordination, and daily operational reports.
- Monitor clinic cleanliness, hygiene, inventory, and availability of required supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Assist in achieving clinic revenue and operational targets.




- Handle escalations and resolve patient/staff issues professionally.
- Ensure clinic policies, SOPs, and safety standards are followed.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in clinic, hospital, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, aesthetic, or hair transplant center management preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of clinic operations and patient handling.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional personality with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain reports and records.
- Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team independently.
