Job location - Pune (Chakan)

Experience - 12 to 16 years

Skills - Business Acquisition, Automotive, should have experience in OEM customer & Tier 1 supplier.

Qualification - BE/ ME (full time)

Job Description:
- Drive proactive customer engagement through leadership alignment, early need identification, and strong promotion of company Product Solution
- Business Case preparation & Approval from Company Management
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposal & win business maintaining profitability
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and build lasting rapport.
- Manage system-driven order processes, including Navision sales order approvals and price updates
- Lead Acquisition for new RFQs,



fulfil all customer documentation for new RFQs (e.g. NDA, Cost breakdown, Supply agreement etc)
- Prepare Sales & Operational Plan to drive Business,
- Planned promotional activities such as exhibitions, experience days, tech days, and industry conferences to enhance brand presence.
- Work closely to plan customer visits, travel schedules, and targeted marketing strategies for account development.
