Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct strategic market research to identify and qualify potential wholesale customers in the pharmaceutical sector.
2. Initiate outreach through tailored emails, follow-ups, and client meetings to present company products and services.
3. Build and maintain solid client relationships by understanding business requirements and procurement needs.
4. Liaise with the Procurement Manager to align client demands with product availability, pricing, and compliance.
5. Prepare structured reports and market intelligence for the Business Development Manager, leveraging MBA-level analytical and strategic skills.
6. Contribute to regional growth by identifying opportunities, mitigating risks,



and supporting the execution of business development initiatives.

Key Skills

1. MBA degree (International Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain preferred).
2. Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale, distribution, or account management.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Proven ability to analyse market trends and present insights to senior management.
5. Knowledge of pharmaceutical markets in the Middle East and Africa.
6. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical trade is an advantage.
