Role Description
The Wedding Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of weddings from concept to completion. This role includes coordinating with clients to understand their preferences and budget, developing detailed event timelines, and managing vendor relationships for venues, decor, catering, entertainment, and other services.



The Wedding Coordinator will supervise setup and on-site operations, handle last-minute changes, and ensure seamless transitions throughout the event day. The position involves regular client communication, negotiating with suppliers, managing event budgets, and maintaining accurate documentation. The coordinator is expected to uphold LIVXS’ standards of service, provide a calm and solutions-focused presence, and create an organized, enjoyable experience for clients and guests.

Qualifications
- Wedding Planning and Event Planning skills, with experience coordinating multiple components of weddings and related functions.
- Event Management expertise, including vendor coordination, scheduling, in office supervision, and logistics handling.
- Strong Customer Service abilities to build client trust, manage expectations, and address concerns professionally.
