Experience:
8 to 15 years of dedicated experience in Motion Control, Servo Systems, or Industrial Automation. A secure career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required. ✅
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, EnTC, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. ✅
Core Skills:
Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: Servo Drives & Motors management, Multi-Axis Motion Control, Robotics Integration, OEM Machine Building strategy, Industry 4.0 adoption. ✅
Software/Tools:
Working proficiency in Motion Control Software, Industrial Networks (EtherCAT, PROFINET), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. ✅
Communication:
Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with Global Product Management teams. ✅

Define and execute the portfolio strategy for next-generation servo drives, motors, and multi-axis motion control platforms. Drive legacy migration and regional market adoption across packaging, intralogistics, and robotics industries. Align regional sales and engineering teams with global product roadmaps to maximize portfolio profitability.
