About the Role:
The US Technical Recruiter (Tech Fulfilment) will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for US-based technology positions across multiple skill domains. The role requires a robust recruiter who can balance sourcing, candidate management, stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and hiring target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supports critical US technology hiring initiatives.
- Ensures timely fulfilment of niche and high-volume technical positions.
- Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Directly impacts project delivery, workforce planning, and business growth.

Skills & Experience Required:
- 7+ years of US recruitment experience. Senior Individual Contributor managing End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
- Experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously




- Expected to work independently with minimal supervision
