Qualification : DME / BE Mech / Industrial

Experience : 3 to 12 Years Experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Valuable Knowledge of Work Measurement Techniques (Time Study, Work Sampling, Analytical Estimating, PMTS, Video Recording).
- Process Planning & Preparation of routing sheets.
- Layout Preparation & Facility Planning (Design layout of equipment and work-space).
- Planning and designing systems to increase productivity.
- Productivity Measurement
- Manpower & Capacity Planning.
- Analytical Skills (Analysing data & Information).
- Manufacturing Cost Estimation.
- Time Estimation
- Management Reporting (Preparation of MIS, Monthly reports, etc.)
- Documenting / Recording Information.

Critical Competencies:

*Functional:*
- Knowledge of ERP (PLM) or Oracle
- Should have knowledge of MS EXCEL and other MS office tools.
- Good Knowledge of Methods of Work Measurement
- Time Management
