Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create strong partnerships with key stakeholders, i.e., the business, to understand business requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Drive team and self to achieve allocated KRAs in terms of recruitment, volume hiring, hiring TATs, and completion of HR formalities.
- Manage end-to-end volume hiring requirements, ensuring timely fulfillment of bulk manpower needs across various departments/functions.
- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes in recruitment processes in line with business goals and requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets through timely and cost-effective hiring solutions, with a strong focus on quality and volume.
- Ensure a healthy mix of recruitment channels. Responsible for identifying and empaneling consultants, managing relationships with consultants and local training institutes, driving employee referral schemes, conducting/boosting walk-ins, leveraging job portals, and exploring other sourcing channels to support volume hiring.
- Plan and execute bulk recruitment drives, walk-in drives,



campus/institute hiring and other high-volume sourcing initiatives based on business requirements.
- Screening and documentation of candidates, ensuring adherence to defined recruitment processes.
- Responsible for onboarding and completion of joining formalities for current joiners and assigning them to the respective departments.
- Track recruitment progress, pipeline, offer-to-join ratios and hiring TATs to ensure volume hiring targets are achieved.
- Ensure percolation and implementation of organisational policies. Orient and educate managers and employees about company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the location.
- Prepare and share MIS and recruitment dashboards as required by Corporate HR and business, including hiring status, TAT, source-wise hiring, joining ratios and other recruitment metrics.
