We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Head with strong experience in the ice cream / frozen desserts / FMCG industry to lead and scale our B2B business.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing B2B channels, acquiring key accounts, building institutional and HoReCa business, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall B2B sales strategy in line with company growth objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through institutional, HoReCa, corporate, café, restaurant, hotel, retail and other B2B channels.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, institutional buyers and business partners.
- Develop and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead conversion.
- Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Identify new markets, territories, customer segments and business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing,



contracts and agreements with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
- Work closely with the Production, Supply Chain, Dispatch, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B orders.
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of products to B2B customers.
- Monitor customer receivables, payment collections and outstanding balances in coordination with Finance.
- Develop customized product and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Build long-term partnerships with high-value accounts and improve customer retention.
- Lead, mentor and manage the B2B sales team.
- Establish sales processes, reporting mechanisms and performance metrics for the B2B function.
