Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement integration solutions using Mulesoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Develop and maintain B2B integrations using EDI X12 standards (versions 850, 855, 860, 856, 810).
• Implement and support RosettaNet PIPs (3A4, 3A7, 3A8, 3B2, 3C3) following RosettaNet Standards Methodology (RSM).
• Configure and manage B2B gateways and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows and provide timely resolutions.
• Document integration processes, data mappings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.
• Infrastructure and Operations: Ensure the reliability and scalability of critical systems by designing and managing robust infrastructure solutions.
• System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system health,



using performance metrics and automated tools to detect potential issues before they impact users.
• Incident Management: Lead response efforts during service disruptions, ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
• Problem Solving: Analyze root causes of system failures and implement long-term fixes to enhance system reliability.
• Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
• Collaboration: Partner with development teams to align on reliability goals and implement best practices into software design and deployment.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive system documentation to support consistent and productive troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by identifying areas for enhancement and applying cutting-edge technologies and operational practices.
