We are seeking an experienced EDP Executive with hands-on knowledge of HotSoft PMS to support the growing technology and operational requirements of our hotel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hotel management systems, IT infrastructure, databases, and providing technical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the HotSoft Property Management System (PMS).

* Manage network systems, hardware, user access, and system backups.

* Provide technical support to Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounts, and other departments.

* Ensure smooth system integration and accurate daily transaction reporting.

* Maintain data security and support effective database management.





* Troubleshoot day-to-day hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Requirements

* Hands-on experience with HotSoft hotel management software is mandatory.

* Previous technical experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.

* Robust troubleshooting and network administration skills.

* Good knowledge of data management, system security, and hotel IT operations.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
