Were looking for a Marketing Associate to support and scale marketing communications pillars with structure, speed, and attention to detail. This role will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage platforms, track performance, support lead generation, and ensure that Saxon AI’s communication remains consistent, credible, and business-focused across every digital touchpoint.

About the role:

The role will be built around four core marketing pillars:

1. Enterprise Email Marketing: Managing email campaigns, databases, segmentation, templates, workflows, and reporting through HubSpot or similar enterprise-level email marketing platforms.

2. LinkedIn Ads/Organic strategy: Support and manage LinkedIn marketing across both paid and organic channels, including campaign setup, audience targeting, sponsored posts, lead generation campaigns, organic content planning, post scheduling, community engagement, budget tracking, and performance reporting through LinkedIn Campaign Manager and platform analytics.

3. Google Ads: Supporting search campaigns, keyword planning,



ad copy coordination, campaign hygiene, tracking, and basic performance optimization.

4. Event Co-ordination: Plan and support the execution of marketing events, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

A solid candidate must have:
- 2–3 years of agency experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, including search campaigns, keyword planning, ad copy coordination, and basic optimization.
- Proficiency in overseeing operational logistics for B2B event execution, from planning through to on-site management.
