Responsibilities:

1. Lead performance testing efforts for web-based and enterprise-level applications, ensuring optimal system functionality under expected workloads.
2. Design and develop performance test plans, scripts,



and scenarios using advanced testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Neotys).
3. Collaborate with development teams to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and performance improvement strategies.
4. Optimize application scalability and reliability by implementing solutions for identified issues and recurrent performance risks.
5. Mentor junior team members in performance testing methodologies, best practices, and tools to foster growth and technical expertise within the team.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in performance engineering/testing across diverse technologies and platforms.
2. Expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or equivalent.
3. Strong knowledge of monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) with the ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot end-to-end performance issues.
