Role Summary:
To own and manage the end-to-end proposal, commercial documentation, and agreement lifecycle, enabling faster deal closures and a smoother enterprise sales process.
This role acts as the bridge between Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal & Commercial Management
- Prepare and customize client proposals, pricing documents, and solution decks based on BD inputs
- Translate business requirements into transparent commercial and scope documents
- Maintain standard proposal templates, pricing models, and T&Cs;

2. Agreement & Contract Management
- Draft, review, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and subscription agreements
- Coordinate with internal legal/compliance teams for approvals
- Track contract versions, redlines, approvals, and execution timelines
- Ensure agreements align with company policies and compliance standards

3. Deal Closure Support




- Support BD and leadership in commercial negotiations
- Manage turnaround time for proposals and contracts to reduce deal delays
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to onboarding/customer success

4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact between:
- Business Development
- Legal & Compliance
- Finance & Billing
- Clients (procurement, legal teams)
- Follow up with clients on pending approvals and documentation

5. Process & Documentation Excellence
- Maintain CRM updates related to proposals, contracts, and deal stages
- Track deal pipeline from proposal stage to closure
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to sales documentation processes
