Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define migration roadmap, delivery approach, milestones, budget, risks.
- Provide technical/architecture direction for converting SAS ETL, macros, reporting to GCP + DBT.
- Oversee building pipelines (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow/Dataproc, Composer/Airflow) and DBT models.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, reconciliation, compliance (GDPR, BCBS239).
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, design approvals, audit-ready docs.
- Lead/mentor data architects, engineers, QA, analysts; run Agile releases and testing.

Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in software development with expertise in GCP technologies such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub.
- Robust understanding of cloud-based architectures and scalability considerations.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or similar technologies.
- Experience working with PySpark for big data processing.
