1. Identify suitable villages, towns, institutions, and communities for conducting eye screening camps.

2. Build relationships with local stakeholders such as Panchayat Presidents, Lions Club, Rotary Club, NGOs, community leaders, and government officials to plan and organize eye screening camps.

3. Coordinate with PMOAs, ASHA Workers, Panchayat officials, and other local volunteers to create awareness and encourage maximum public participation in the camps.

4. Coordinate with sponsors to ensure all activities are completed as per the agreed timelines and project schedule.

5. Plan and execute awareness campaigns by distributing pamphlets, displaying promotional materials, and arranging public announcements through auto-rickshaw/public address systems in the camp area and surrounding villages at least two days before the camp.

6. Arrange and coordinate all local logistics required for the successful conduct of the camp, including venue readiness, seating, electricity, water, crowd management, and other essential facilities, in coordination with sponsors.

Serve as the primary point of contact between Eye Research Centre Foundation (ERCF) and sponsors, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

8. Counsel patients about the eye screening and cataract surgery process, including pre-operative and post-operative instructions, perks, precautions, and follow-up requirements.

9. Address patient queries and complaints with empathy and coordinate with the ERCF medical and administrative teams to ensure timely support and quality patient care.

11. Maintain complete records of camp activities, patient registrations, referrals, surgeries, sponsor communications, and submit accurate reports to the management within the prescribed timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
