About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to own and drive the complete Human Resources function at Codemonk.

This is a leadership role where you will partner directly with the CEO to shape people strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead HR initiatives, build scalable people processes, mentor junior HR team members, and create a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an IT Services, Product Engineering, or Technology Services company and be comfortable leading a growing HR team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive the people strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring timely execution of HR initiatives.
- Build and improve scalable HR policies, processes, and systems.

2. Employee Lifecycle & Performance
- Own the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Lead performance management,



employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational alignment initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance, feedback, and people-related best practices.

3. Talent Acquisition Oversight
- Oversee the recruitment function and guide the Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure timely and quality hiring.

4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure effective HR operations, HRMS governance, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor HR metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For
- 57 years of HR experience in an IT Services, Product Engineering, or Technology Services company.
- Experience owning or leading the complete HR function.
- Strong understanding of Performance Management, Employee Lifecycle, L&D;, HR Operations, and Talent
