As a
Quantitative Lead

, you will lead the quantitative component of research, monitoring & evaluation, and impact assessment projects from
research design

through
field implementation, data analysis,

and
final reporting

.

Key Responsibilities

I. Quantitative Research & Data Management

1. Lead quantitative components of
impact assessments, M&E; studies, and primary research projects

.
2. Design research methodologies, sampling approaches, questionnaires, and quantitative analysis plans.
3. Build and deploy survey tools using
SurveyCTO, Kobo, or other CAPI platforms

, including designing and testing XLSForms.




4. Manage, clean, label, validate, and analyse large and complex survey datasets using
STATA

.
5. Establish and monitor data quality protocols across the full research pipeline.
6. Translate quantitative findings into explicit insights for reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

II. Field, Project & Client Management

1. Lead project delivery, timelines, build field budgets, and field coordination across studies.
2. Review client instruments and support
translation and localisation

3. Oversee
enumerator training, field monitoring, and data quality
4. Coordinate with field and research teams to resolve operational challenges
5. Contribute to
proposals, client discussions, and presentations

Qualifications

1. 7+ years

in quantitative research (development, policy, or social sectors preferred).
