Job Title: E-commerce Operations & Order Management Executive
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree required

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and operations on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces
- Process orders, coordinate packing, dispatch and delivery tracking
- Monitor pending, cancelled, returned and delayed orders
- Handle customer/client queries and coordinate for timely resolution
- Maintain accurate order, inventory and dispatch records
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain SOPs and operational processes
- Track daily performance, order status and marketplace-related issues
- Ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment
- Identify operational issues and follow up until closure

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub preferred
- full knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders/tasks accurately

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
