Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Back-end Software Development Engineer** with strong hands-on expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Full Stack Development, and modern cloud technologies**.

Candidates with practical exposure to **Agentic AI / Generative AI integrated with Java applications** will be highly preferred.

Mandatory Technical Skills

* Strong experience in **Java Full Stack Development**

* Java **17/21+** and **Spring Boot 3.x**

* Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

* OpenAPI and APIGEE

* Kafka and/or RabbitMQ

* React.js, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3

* GCP

* Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL

* Spring Data JPA / Hibernate

* OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT and API Security

* Docker and Kubernetes





* CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Tekton, or GitHub Actions

* JUnit 5, Mockito, and Testcontainers

AI / GenAI Skills – Highly Preferred

* Spring AI or LangChain4j

* LLM integration with Java applications

* Agentic workflows, including ReAct and Plan-and-Execute

* Tool/function calling

* RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases

* Prompt engineering and AI guardrails

* Prompt injection defense and fallback mechanisms

* Token and cost optimization

Experience Required

* 6+ years of overall IT experience

* Minimum 6 years of hands-on development experience

* Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot Microservices and Full Stack Development

* Experience in application modernization and cloud migration

* Production support experience

* Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
