HR & Healthcare Manager

Lifetime Health Care Plus is a home-visit healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're looking for an HR & Healthcare Manager to lead people operations in Bengaluru — with hiring for our Physiotherapist, Nurse, and Caregiver teams as a core part of the role.

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Physiotherapists, Nurses, and Caregivers — sourcing, screening, interviews, case-study assessments, and offers.
- Build a strong, ready pipeline of clinical talent through job portals, agencies, referrals, and nursing/physio colleges.
- Manage onboarding, license/certification verification, and background checks for clinical hires.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle: attendance, payroll coordination, appraisals, and exits.




- Act as the go-to person for employee relations and grievance resolution for field staff.
- Build HR dashboards to track headcount, attrition, and hiring pipeline health.

What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of HR generalist experience, ideally with hands-on hiring for nursing, physiotherapy, or caregiving roles.
- Experience in a healthcare, home-healthcare, or hospital environment is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with clinical teams.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
