Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and want to develop practical knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Assist in conducting initial candidate screening and recruitment calls.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining updates.




- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documents.
- Support attendance, leave, and other basic HR operations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal HR initiatives.
- Help ensure proper and timely completion of HR processes.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources and recruitment processes.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
