Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow Kangir’s online business across our website and major marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for Shopify website management, product listing, marketplace operations, online advertising, and social media management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Website Management
- Manage and maintain the Kangir Shopify website.
- Add, edit and update products, prices, sizes, images and inventory.
- Create attractive and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
- Manage product collections, categories, banners and website content.
- Check website regularly for errors, broken links and incorrect information.
- Coordinate with the team for stock and product updates.




- Improve website presentation and customer shopping experience.

2. Marketplace Management

Manage product listings and daily operations on:
- Myntra
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- Other marketplaces as required.

Responsibilities include:
- Product listing and catalog creation.
- Upload product images, descriptions, sizes, prices and attributes.
- Update inventory and pricing.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and RTOs.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for order processing.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues.
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales.

3. Digital Advertising
- Plan, create and manage Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Create campaigns for offers, new collections and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor daily ad performance.
- Track ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions and sales.
- Optimize campaigns according to performance.
