Job description
- Manage procurement, subcontracting operations, and stores management to ensure uninterrupted production and timely material availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Generate monthly operational and inventory reports for management review and performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate stores transactions and inventory records in the ERP system.
- Monitor and controlled raw material, consumables, and customer-supplied inventory to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.
- Prepare and submitted stock declarations and inventory reports as required.
- Manage cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling inventory, ensuring optimum stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Processing customer billing, invoices, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
- Handle customer portal operations, including order updates, invoice uploads, dispatch documentation, and compliance with customer-specific requirements.




- Ensure effective inventory control through periodic stock verification, reconciliation, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time customer deliveries.

Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Management.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and make effective decisions.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Pay: ₹20,868.56 - ₹30,136.70 per month
