Role & responsibilities
- Managing the Quality function for WE Zone.
- Creating and implementing quality management framework.
- Influencing key stakeholders for continuous quality improvement
- Impacting quality by creating systems for Design, FM, Construction to deliver right quality.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Specify Quality requirements for Raw materials with suppliers.
- Conduct QA training for all departments periodically and ensure that contractors are in compliance with quality systems.
- Introduce and implement recent quality management methods to ensure high level of Quality.
- Research new design options to improve quality
- Conduct site visits.
- Interact with site project teams to understand quality issues.
- Create internal audit and external audit.
- Review existing SOPs and methods.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 18+ years of experience in Quality Function in Real Estate Industry.
2. Should have worked in high rise projects.
3. Multiple projects experience mandatory.
