Role Overview

Kapdee Tech Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Manager
to identify new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and drive business growth across the
renewable energy and technology sectors
.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage the complete business development cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across renewable energy and technology markets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads and manage the sales/business development pipeline.




- Prepare business proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end business development and deal process.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Track sales targets, opportunities, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role.
- Experience in
renewable energy, solar, manufacturing, engineering, or technology
sectors will be preferre
