Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of mechanical equipment including pumps, reactors, goods & passenger lifts, cooling towers, chilling plants, thermopacs, DG sets, and fire hydrant systems.
- Review and execution of AutoCAD drawings and piping layouts.
- Operation and monitoring of DG sets, including maintaining logbooks.
- Carrying out routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Repair and upkeep of various mechanical systems and components.
- Maintaining detailed records of machinery, including repairs, modifications, and inspections.
- Implementing Kaizen initiatives to improve cost efficiency, safety, and manpower utilization
