About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companys digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, and paid campaigns.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive B2B & B2C lead generation and demand generation through digital channels.
- Own SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and organic growth.
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and brand communication.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and product teams to execute campaigns.
- Track and optimize CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, website traffic, and lead quality.
- Manage website content, landing pages, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,



and CRM platforms.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform changes, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B/SaaS, technology, fintech, or financial services environment.
- Solid experience in performance marketing, SEO, lead generation, and social media marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
