The company provides end-to-end examination services, assessment services, and solutions for digital transformation. Recently, CL Educate acquired the DEX business of NSEIT. We at DEX Conduct online examinations for Government and Privat Sector examinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage venue bookings as per business requirements.
- Liaise with vendors for availability, quotations, pricing, and booking confirmations.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation related to bookings, POs,



quotations, invoices, and vendor communications.
- Verify vendor invoices against POs, quotations, and agreed commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Finance and vendors for timely invoice processing and payment.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Follow up with vendors regarding pending documents, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare regular MIS and reports related to bookings and purchases.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement and documentation processes.
- Support the team with other administrative and coordination activities as required.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
