Job Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for overall production planning, execution, manpower management, production target achievement, quality, productivity, line efficiency, and operational discipline at Baoxhin India Pvt. Ltd.

The position will have a solid focus on EV/Automotive Bettery pack assembly & module operations, including assembly line management, production cycle time, manpower deployment, process adherence, quality coordination, breakdown coordination, material availability, and continuous improvement.

The Production Manager will lead the Team Leaders, Supervisors, Operators, and Production workforce and ensure that daily and monthly production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and within the required quality standards.
