As the Key Account Director, you will be the single point of contact for a major client, holding full P&L; ownership and strategic oversight for a 17 million sq. ft. commercial property portfolio. Your core responsibilities include driving client satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence across all services (technical and soft), and leading a large, multi-disciplinary team.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in managing large-scale commercial property portfolios.
- Education: A required Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; an MBA is a plus.
- Skills: Solid leadership, financial acumen (P&L; management), strategic thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
