Designation: Branch Head - CASA/ Retail Liabilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and business growth with primary focus on CASA and Retail Liabilities.
- Drive acquisition of Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits and other liability products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNI, affluent, salaried, SME and local business customers.
- Achieve branch-level targets for CASA, deposits, fee income, cross-sell and customer acquisition.
- Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve NTB acquisition and liability business targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling investments, insurance, loans, cards and other banking products.
- Manage the existing customer portfolio and improve customer engagement, retention and wallet share.
- Drive local market mapping, lead generation and business development through various channels.




- Ensure high standards of customer service, branch operations and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity and overall business/GL growth.
- Coordinate with product, credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth customer servicing.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, KYC/AML and operational controls.

Candidate:
- 8 to 15 years of banking experience, preferably in Branch Banking / Retail Liabilities / CASA.
- Current or prior experience as Branch Manager / Branch Head.
- Strong track record in CASA acquisition and liability business.
- Experience managing a 100 Cr+ branch book/GL preferred.
- Strong team handling, customer acquisition and business development skills.
- Candidates from Private Sector Banks / Retail Banking with solid liability exposure would be preferred.
