Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key stakeholders.




- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to support growth targets.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, tenders, presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand customer needs and work with internal teams to develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Design, Operations, Finance, and other key functions.
- Support customer acquisition, account growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate commercial updates and forecasts.
- Contribute to sustainable revenue growth and strengthen DHL Supply Chain's market presence across APAC.
