Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with kidney-related issues, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic kidney disease (CKD), acute kidney injury (AKI), and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
- Conduct regular consultations with patients to understand their medical history, symptoms, and concerns related to kidneys.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their specific needs and conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients undergoing dialysis or other nephrology procedures.
