We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage front-office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
Maintain visitor records and front-desk registers.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Provide basic administrative support when required.
Requirements
Fresher to 2 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Admin, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer-focused and polite approach.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
