Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, leads, and brand visibility.
- Manage SEO/SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Display Retargeting) with strong ROI focus.
- Oversee content marketing SEO (on-page, off-page, backlinks, keyword optimization, schema, E-E-A-T compliance).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) with local SEO alignment.
- Manage Google Business Profile (GBP) and local SEO campaigns for Patna, and other target regions.
- Handle email marketing campaigns, drip funnels, and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with design content teams for landing pages, creatives, and ad copies.




- Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and create weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize conversion rates (CRO) on admission forms, chatbots, and lead management funnels.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in EdTech, Education Consultancy, or Service Industry).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), Paid Ads platforms, and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Excellent understanding of local SEO and education consultancy marketing funnels.
- Creative mindset with robust communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
