Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, product launches, festive promotions and brand awareness activities across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and maintain Silveras brand identity and ensure consistent use of logos, colours, fonts, product images, messaging and other brand assets.
- Plan and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual marketing calendars covering campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, social media and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Website, Marketplace, Customer Service, Operations and Dealers for timely execution of marketing activities.
- Develop product marketing communication including product USPs, features, specifications, pricing, packaging and key selling points.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and content creators for marketing creatives, product shoots, videos, brochures, catalogues and other promotional materials.
- Manage social media content calendars and coordinate the timely development,



approval and publishing of content across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate website and marketplace marketing requirements including banners, product images, descriptions, promotional content and campaign communication.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events including registrations, stall branding, promotional materials, vendor coordination, logistics and post-event reporting.
- Provide marketing support to the Sales and Dealer teams through product presentations, brochures, catalogues, promotional creatives, product information and campaign materials.
- Coordinate dealer marketing activities including product launches, promotional campaigns, customised marketing materials and branding requirements.
- Conduct competitor and market research covering products, pricing, offers, campaigns, packaging and market trends.
