Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of boilers.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and operational records.
- Monitor and manage spare parts and consumable inventory.
- Collaborate with technicians for smooth execution of operations.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to technicians.
- Respond promptly to utility-related emergencies.
- Troubleshoot VFDs, motors, and related electrical systems.

Requirements

Education: B.E. in Mechanical.





- Experience in operating and maintaining boilers and utility systems.
- Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, RTDs, sensors, interlocks, wiring diagrams, electrical switchgear, motors, starters, and VFDs.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and utility safety interlocks.
- Analytical skills to interpret operational data and improve equipment performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability for electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
