Position Summary

You will drive sales and business growth for our Data Privacy and Compliance services. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting solutions related to privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance

Skill Requirement

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Good negotiation and proposal-writing skills.

Technical Knowledge Preferred

Basic understanding of,

- DPDPA, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations will be plus
- Compliance and risk management services
- Information Security and Governance frameworks

Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for all business products & services of ClearConsent
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations/Demo & solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and close deals.
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain work status and reports through CRM
