Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Account Management.
- Deliver onboarding training for new employees.
- Conduct virtual, classroom, and hybrid training programs.
- Provide training to global travel partners and agents.

Product Knowledge Management

- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and booking systems.
- Act as Product Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Stay updated with system upgrades, new releases, and product enhancements.

Training Content Development

- Prepare training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and user guides.
- Develop video tutorials and e-learning modules.




- Maintain updated training documentation and knowledge repository.

Training Needs Analysis

- Identify knowledge gaps through feedback and performance review.
- Customize training modules based on departmental requirements.
- Support product launches with structured training rollouts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Coordinate with Product, Technology. Operations, and HR teams.
- Align training initiatives with business goals.
- Support change management initiatives related to product updates.

Evaluation & Reporting

- Conduct assessments and certification programs.
- Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Required Skills

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to explain technical platforms in simple business language.
- Training program design and execution experience.
- Documentation and content creation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or Certification in Training & Development preferred.
