HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Supply Chain Team. We are looking to fill the Export Operations based at Thaltej, Ahmedabad.

Position/Profile Title: Executive or Sr. Executive - Export Operations

Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Department: Supply Chain

Qualification: Graduation/Master's

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Export Container Planning and Strategy: Strategically plan export containers on a regular basis to optimize costs, maximize container capacity utilization, and ensure timely delivery of frozen food products to international customers.
- Logistics Management: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of frozen food products to international destinations while minimizing transportation costs and maintaining product quality.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements of various countries, including customs clearance, labelling, and certification, to facilitate smooth export operations and avoid delays or penalties.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to negotiate favourable terms, address operational issues, and ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation of frozen food products.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of export operations staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Provide guidance, training,



and career development opportunities to enhance team performance and ensure a high level of operational excellence.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control export-related costs, including transportation, warehousing, and documentation expenses, to optimize profitability and ensure competitiveness in the global market while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, geopolitical tensions, and supply chain disruptions, to protect the company's interests and ensure continuity of operations.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators related to export operations, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review to assess performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions for process improvements.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and agility of export operations, such as process optimization, technology adoption, and best practice sharing, to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

- Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans and protocols to address potential crises or emergencies affecting export operations, such as transportation delays, port closures, or natural disasters, to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
