Essential duties and responsibilities

Talent Management

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

HR operations

- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff

Payroll

- Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential

Learning Development





- Liaise with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
- Deliver and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Compile and presenting information
- Implement, advise on and monitor appraisal schemes
- Supervise and monitor progress made via training programs
