About the Role

Giryotech is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage product listings

and day-to-day marketplace operations for a wide variety of products.

The selected candidate will handle seller accounts across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho,

Myntra, AJIO, JioMart, Snapdeal, IndiaMART, Shopify/our own website, ONDC, and other relevant

category-specific platforms. The role requires accurate catalog work, regular coordination, quick problem-solving,

and the ability to learn different marketplace systems and policies

Responsibilities:

- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, prices, and variations.
- Manage inventory, orders, dispatch, returns, refunds, and marketplace support tickets.




- Monitor account health, suppressed listings, ratings, and policy issues.
- Assist with marketplace advertisements, offers, coupons, and promotions.
- Track sales, advertising results, returns, and inventory.
- Prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with warehouse, design, accounts, and dispatch teams.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Understanding of product listing, marketplace SEO, orders, inventory, and returns.
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple platforms.
- Experience is preferred, but skilled candidates may also apply.
